Description

• Shidachi

  Start the same as "kodachi Ran-ai".

  Advance, threaten Uchidachi with the jo. Turn the jo and press the jo-saki into Uchidach`s side.

  In Hachijidachi, both hands straight out in front to block the cut.

  Hikiotoshi no Kamae.

  Chudan Kuritsuke.

  Step forward, and block the cut. Make sure arms are extended out in front of you literally pushing Uchidachi away from you.
