Description

• Shidachi

  Begin the same as Hissage. Gyakute uchi (strike the tachi). Me tsuki.

  　

  Draw back into Hikiotoshi kamae. Gyakute de, strike the temple. Change grip and strike the tachi.

  　

  Suriashi back one step. Maki Otoshi. Advance 3 steps.  Ichiriki no kamae.  Tai Atari (left foot takes full step forward).  Hikiotoshi no kamae.

  Hikiotoshi uchi (strike the tachi). 

  　

  Me tsuki. Osame.

  　

  　

• Uchidachi 

  Begin the same as Hissage. (Shidachi strikes Gyakute uchi.)

  　

  Hasso no kamae. From Jodan kamae, make a right cut to the trapsezius/neck. (Shidachi blocks and strikes tachi.)  Hasso no kamae.  Make a direct strike from Jodan kamae (Shidachi does Maki Otoshi).

  　

  Step back as Shidachi advances (3 steps) and take Hasso no kamae. Chudan no Kamae (Shidachi strikes the tachi.)

  　

  Turn towards Shidachi. Osame.
