Description

• Shidachi

  From Tsune no kamae, advance towards (r-l-r) Uchidachi. Change grip so that lead hand is the left, and thrust into solar plexus.

  　

  Draw back into Hikiotoshi kamae.

  　

  Chudan Kuritsuke.

  　

  Pivot and step forward with left foot and block Uchidachi`s strike to your right side.

  　

  Let go of the jo with your left lead hand. Rotate your right hand bring the jo down to the ground. Let it bounce once, and use the momentum as it leaves the ground to strike (Tsuki Zue) the forearm.

  　

  (Uchidachi lets go with his left hand because you have just broken his radius). Do Kuritsuke, step forward with the right foot and kneel on left knee.

  　

  Quickly pursue Uchidachi, stab him just under the armpit with the first 2-3 cm of the jo.  Lead left hand is 2-3 cm from the tip of the jo, and right hand is in the middle.

  　

  Step back. Osame.
