Description
Shidachi
Take kamae, with tip
of jo on the ground at the left perpendicular to the body. Wait
as Uchidachi advances.
Avoid Uchidachi`s
strike, by taking small step forward with right foot, and
turning to the right (back to Uchidachi). Left foot step
forward, pivot around and strike Uchidachi`s forearm.

kamae, advance in Hasso kamae.
Strike from Jodan
kamae.
Step back raising
tachi to Jodan kamae. (Shidachi thrusts to your solar plexus).
