Description

• Shidachi

  Advance (left foot first). As Uchidachi reaches to draw the tachi from the saya, strike the forearm.

  　

  Gyakutetsuki. Step back (to avoid the strike) into Hasso no kamae. Strike the chest Osame.

   

  　

• Uchidachi

  Advance with a sheathed tachi. As you enter Ma-ai, reach to draw the tachi from the saya. (Shidachi strikes your forearm.)

  　

  Step back, when Shidachi thrusts. Take Hasso no Kamae. Make a horizontal cut to the hip from the right.  (Shidachi strikes chest.)  Step back and turn towards Shidachi. Osame.
