Description

• Shidachi

  Wait in Tsune no kamae as Uchidachi advances.

  　

  As Uchidachi strikes, take a slight step to the right to avoid the strike and thrust to the solar plexus.  (Sen no Sen)

  　

  Slide back into Hikiotoshi kamae. Strike the tachi. Metsuki. Osame.

  　

• Uchidachi

  From Chudan Kamae, take Hasso Kamae and advance left foot first.

  From Jodan kamae, strike Shidachi (stop the cut at neck height).

  Step back, Jodan kamae. Recover and take Chudan kamae.

  Bring tachi to Gedan kamae. Step back, Musubi dachi, as Shidachi finishes Osame.
